1. Strength training will actually improve your flexibility providing you go through the full range of motion on each exercise and stretch properly before and after each workout.
2. With only three to four strength training sessions weekly, it is impossible to acquire large, bulky muscles. A program using a moderate number of repetitions and weight will only improve your feminine appearance.
3. Fat (adipose) and muscle are separate tissue types. You cannot convert one to the other. When you burn more calories than you eat, fat cells shrink. Strength training causes muscle tissue to increase in size and helps your skin fit you better after weight loss.
